Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a A/V Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina. As an A/V Engineer, you will be part of an industry that includes audio-visual equipment and television. Your role will require you to install, maintain, and troubleshoot variousaudio-visual systems at different locations.Responsibilities: Installation of television systems and audio-visual equipment. Conducting regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting any issues with the installed systems and resolving them promptly. Installing and configuring audio conferencing systems in conference rooms. Performing pre-sales engineering tasks, including assessing customer needs and recommending suitable equipment. Handling post-installation tasks such as testing the functionality of the systems and providing user training. Installing control panels, TV walls, and other related equipment. Collaborating with the sales engineering team to enhance customer satisfaction. Regularly updating customer records and processing related applications. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Installation Television systems Experience in Audio Conferencing, Audio Video, Audio System, and Audio Visual technologies Familiarity with Equipment Installation and Hardware Installation procedures Ability to perform Post-installation checks and adjustments Knowledge of Pre-sales engineering and Sales engineering processes Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service appointments Ability to work independently and in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
