In this role, you will impact the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies that optimize and protect critical resources for utilities and energy solutions. Your technical expertise in testing methodologies and tools will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products to our customers.You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures, as well as analyzing test results and driving corrective actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, design test strategies, and develop test cases.

Execute tests, analyze test results, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and solutions

Work closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

2+ years of experience in firmware or software testing or related field

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

Experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks

Strong communication and collaboration skills
