We are looking to hire Bakers. Some desirable skills that we are looking for include being detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and a team player. We are hiring at $11-12 an hour.
Bakers will be responsible for:
§ Baking as well as performing basic dishwashing needs, such as mixing bowls and pans.
§ No baking experience is needed; we will be guiding and providing bakers with recipes that they will use.
§ May need to also help with packing orders and shipping out boxes for customers.
§ Sharing and promoting Daily Specials with the customers.
§ Providing help and recommending baked goods based on customers' desires and needs.
§ Checking out customers and performing basic cashier responsibilities.
§ Reporting to the Team Lead and Manager all store, team updates, addressing any questions that arise.
§ Completing a daily store checklist depending on your shift (opening, mid, and closing).
□ Some Opening Shift Responsibilities Include:
® Key Holder, opening the store on time.
® Counting down the registers and ensuring deposits are properly secured in the safe.
® Ensuring the register is free of clutter.
® Making sure that the store is clean and all inventory is properly displayed before opening.
® Completing the opening store checklist to ensure that the store is ready for opening.
□ Some Closing Shift Responsibilities Include:
® Key Holder, responsible for locking up the store and ensuring the lights are turned off.
® Counting down the registers and ensuring deposits are properly secured in the safe.
® Ensuring the register is free of clutter.
® Making sure the store is cleaned and windows are wiped down.
® Ensuring that the back room is straightened out.
® Reporting any store and sales updates to the Team Lead / Manager as needed.
Making sure that the ovens are turned off before leaving the store.
