Bakery seeking an experienced Bread Baker

Strong Arm baking is seeking an experienced individual to join our Bread and Laminations Team. The bread bakers scale, mix, shape and bake several hundred loaves of European style hearth loaves each day, giving the utmost attention to the dough and the variable needs of the loaves they are crafting. They work efficiently, communicate clearly, focus wholly on the quality of each individual product, and do so respectfully and with attention to detail. The Bread and Laminations team also produces thousands of perfect, buttery croissants each week, makes cinnamon rolls, and various other rotating and seasonal items.The right applicant will understand the importance of supporting and contributing to their team, and what it means to be a part of that powerful force.
