Hank's Downtown Dive (not a dive, actually pretty cool) is looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. We source our products conscientiously and make pretty much everything from scratch. Our menu changes with the weather, and we have a good time coming up with it. Hank's is a laid back kitchen for someone who takes their job seriously. Cleanliness and organization are a must, as is friendliness and compassion.
Currently looking to fill a position for an experienced line cook, meaning at least 2 years of working in an independent restaurant or scratch kitchen. This position does require an interest in food and the ability to listen and follow directions.
Hank's is open for dinner from 5pm-9pm Monday-Thursday and 5pm-10pm Friday-Saturday, with shifts starting at 3pm, four or five days a week.
