We are a busy Japanese sushi and hibachi restaurant in Wake Forest, NC, seeking experienced Kitchen Helpers and Sushi Chefs to join our team immediately. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food, and enjoy working in a team setting, we want to hear from you!
Available Positions:
- Sushi Chef: Must have experience preparing sushi and sashimi. You will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining food safety, and ensuring excellent customer presentation.
- Kitchen Helper: Responsible for food prep, assisting chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and maintaining food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Sushi Chef: $15-$23
- 1+ years of sushi-making experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of proper knife techniques and food safety.
- Kitchen Helper: $15-$20
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
