Duties include:
-Wash dishes, pots and pans
-Load, run, and clean dish machine
-Keep dish room clean and organized
-Sweeping and mopping of floors in cafe and back of house
-Keeping restrooms clean and stocked
-Bag and haul trash to the dumpster
