We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both industrial and commercial settings.
Wednesday through Saturday 3PM to 8PM
Sunday Monday Tuesday 3PM to 8PM
Sunday Monday Tuesday 6AM to 11AM
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Handle industrial cleaning duties in compliance with safety regulations.
Act as a porter by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the premises.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain facility standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety within facilities.
