We are seeking a part-time employee who lives in the Apex/Cary area to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols. Employee will be responsible for driving specific routes, looking for commercial sign and lighting outages, and submitting pictures and descriptions of the outages via our app, which you’ll load to your smartphone. The majority of your trips will be in Apex and Cary, but you will also visit Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Sanford, Pittsboro, Siler City, and Angier each month.
Requirements: Candidate must:
· Live in the area
· Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Have a reliable vehicle
· Maintain valid auto insurance (some insurance requirements)
· Have a reliable smartphone
· Be available to work after dark, 2 to 4 evenings per week
$16.00 per hour, plus $.585 per mile
Summer patrol schedule: 9pm to midnight
Fall, Winter, and Spring have earlier start to finish hours
