We’re a small licensed contractor and local developer building homes from the ground up.
We supply all materials – this is labor only work.
We’re looking for experienced foundation workers who can handle:
Footings, rebar, and concrete prep
Stem wall block work
Setting forms and pouring slabs
Reading simple blueprints or build plans
We pay by the job, not hourly.
Your pay is based on your rate multiplied by how long the job should take — fair and transparent.
We pay out-of-pocket and take care of the people who stay loyal and do good work.
