EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED
Langley Heating and Air is a small, family owned company that serves Wake Forest and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC service technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing seasonal maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Diagnostics/repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in Residential HVAC. At least one year Hvac service/ maintenance experience.
Proficient in the repair and maintenance of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini split, and duct systems.
Team-oriented and hard-working
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 80 lbs.and climb ladders)
Must be able to provide your own minor hand tools- company supplies large tools
Clean Driving record, valid NC Drivers License.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Education:
GED or High School Diploma
EPA Certificate
