Superior Skilled Trades is seeking HVAC Technician for a 1/20/2025 start in Durham, NC.
1-2 month contract to perm position!
PAY: $30-$35/hr (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8 hour days starting at 7am
SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 40 hours per week
START DATE: 1/20/2025
DURATION: This is a 1-2 month contract to perm position
HVAC Technician Job Description: The technician is responsible for Maintaining, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Improving, and modifying Commercial HVAC Equipment. Service calls including, workovers, part changes, trouble shooting and diagnosing units.
Qualifications for HVAC Technician:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC Technician experience
Customer Service Skills
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require climbing ladders, working on roofs/attics and tight areas. Kneeling and twisting.
Must have PPE and tools including insulated screwdrivers, pillars (needle nose, wire strippers, and crimpers), hammer, tape measure, pipe wrench, multimeter, drill, sheet metal shears, tube and pipe cutters, Nut driver set, Chanel locks, adjustable wrenches, pipe calipers, Allen wrench set, level & thermostat screwdriver/tech.
Additional Requirements for HVAC Technician:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
