task include but not limited to :
Carpentry - trim (crown/base/shoe) (small areas )
pulls/ handles
door install
towel bars - etc
grab bars ( usually in tile )
install vanity cabinet
hang mirrors
Painting touch ups
Drywall small repairs
Exterior miscl. 24' ladder or less ( small items) ( not a deal breaker if this isn't in your type of work )
Plumbing install faucet/s
install toilet
Other small miscellaneous task
