OverviewThe Sr. Specialist, People and Culture provides project coordination and orchestration of strategic employee health initiatives to support the People & Culture Team and the organization. This position will execute and monitor strategic initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. Reporting to the Director Operations, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. This position specializes in the area of employee health. Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Business Management or similar.

Experience: Five years project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, board preparation, and merger and acquisitions, required. Five years Budget Management, communications, and/or human resources experience required; experience may include coordinating largescale, enterprise-wide projects, required.
