The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to manage several diverse projects at once while meeting tight deadlines. This position is NOT a fully remote, work from home position RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the development of new marketing initiatives

Plan, coordinate and follow-up with all conference schedules and logistics

Development of creative, and innovative marketing materials to deliver a consistent message to brand the company

Track data and report metrics utilizing Salesforce

Produce customer-facing content and documentation including corporate brochures, presentations, website content, newsletters, press releases, RFPs, and editorial submissions.

Work under defined deadlines with both clients and within a team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess one or more of the following:

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English or communications is desired OR

An Associate degree in a related degree with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field

Prior experience with basic marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, and digital marketing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to integrate into existing marketing programs

Ability to type 30 to 40 words per minute with minimal error

Highly organized and multi-task oriented

Knowledgeable of administrative challenges related to supporting a large office with diversity and a multitude of concurrent initiatives

Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines, while remaining flexible and professional

Able to communicate effectively and professionally, excellent oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expertise in PowerPoint

General knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
