Eataly’s cheese department is home to 500+ of the highest quality cheeses specially sourced from Italy, internationally and locally. Many of the cheeses are entirely exclusive to Eataly. A Cheesemonger prepares, packages, receives and stocks product. A Cheesemonger has passion for cheese and the ability to share that passion with Eataly’s guests. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.Assists guests with cheese selection and shares knowledge of productsWeighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation in a timely mannerEnsures counter and display refrigerators neatly and accurately as per the pricing menu, and promptly informs management when food quantities or supplies are lowMerchandizes displays attractively and rotates products per quality and First In First Out (FIFO) standards Cleans work station thoroughlyPerforms other duties as required or assigned
