Facilitate various aspects of Fraud Product Office administration for support of all fraud product areas.

Use experience and solid analytical skills in data analysis tools to create reporting that drives clear conclusions along Product Portfolio Lead routine updates & provide reporting to key enterprise stakeholders, business leaders, and executive leadership.

Identify the inventory of data available and the gaps that exist. Then work through the approach to fill the gaps and establish the key data points we will anchor on for measuring success as well as a cadence in which we are actively reviewing the data and gaps to inform our discovery discussions.

Support capturing data-driven insights to help enable the Product Managers and their product teams make well-informed choices about product features, prioritization, and capacity allocation.

Helping to better understand user behavior and preferences that will help Product Manager and their product teams tailor Fraud products to better address customers' needs and elevate the overall user experience.

Support how Product Managers monitor their Key Results from their OKRs by developing data analytic solutions to ensure they are able to assess their products success over time.

Review and modify routine updates to improve effectiveness of support function along Product Portfolio

Leverage strong collaboration skills to arrive at mutually agreeable decisions across Product Owners, Finance, Capacity Planning, Technology, and Fraud & Claims Management Leaders to ensure alignment across the Product Portfolio

Provide support to a cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.

Perform assessments analysis through Fraud and Claims experience, fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. (Examples and not limited to: Business Case Development, Measurement Plans, Key Results Reporting)

Provide metrics & reporting in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the Fraud and Claims business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Based on knowledge for Fraud and Claims influence, guide and lead internal and external requesters of work being submitted into the Fraud and Claims Management Product

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in Financial Services

2+ years of experience in Fraud & Claims

Product management experience

Program management experience

Strategic planning and initiative experience

Experience with data analysis tools and creating reporting to drive clear conclusions

Experience creating dashboards within Agile Jira

Experience developing output within Tableau/Power BI and/or presentation layers/reporting tools

Experience consulting effectively with internal and external business partners both technical and non-technical

Experience advising, collaborating, and interacting with senior management and leaders

Experience creating and presenting dynamic information and presentations to leaders and business partners

Experience working effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are imperative

Experience balancing multiple priorities

Self-starter with ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Experience with Confluence publishing and maintaining context

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Hybrid schedule with in-office work as required by group
