You are detail oriented with excellent communication skills and have the ability to meet deadlines, have at least one year of customer service experience, with additional experience using Microsoft systems. This is the team for you!As a Payment Research Operations Specialist on the Payments Lifecycle team at JPMorgan Chase, you will investigate and resolve routine errors and make monetary adjustments to customer accounts within established policies and procedures. These disputes may be a result of an encoding error, a misposted payment, duplicate payments or unauthorized payments. You will review customer documentation along with utilizing various systems working towards the resolution of the dispute. You will also be contacting banks and other agencies to assist in the resolutions. You will also input and retrieve data from online computer systems.Job Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve routine errors and make monetary adjustments to customer accounts within established policies and procedures

Review encoding errors, misposted payments, duplicate payments and unauthorized payments

Analyze/review customer documentation along with utilizing various systems working towards the resolution of the dispute

Contact banks and other agencies to assist in resolutions

Retrieve data from online computer systems

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum of at least one year of customer service experience

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to meet deadlines

Research experience is necessary

Experience using Microsoft systems

Good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of C3 Financial, First Search and E-Serve are helpful
