McGee Cadd Reprographics, a leading supplier of large and small format printing equipment, supplies, printing services including Construction plans & specs, mounting, laminating, scanning, signage, garment embroidery/imaging and engraving seeks motivated Administrative Assistant to work with a staff of experienced & highly productive associates. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the service department & accounting office including customers seeking service and invoice information. Individual will work with computers and printers as necessary to meet the needs of the job. Training available.
Responsibilities and Duties
Individual must begin each day promptly at 8:00 am, manage work flow to ensure prompt service to the customer and to the accounting department. Knowledge of Word, Excel, email and computer proficiency required. Must respond to questions and request for information and/or support of customers and management. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment for maximum productivity and customer impression. Assist in obtaining corporate goals of McGee Cadd Reprographics creating an enthusiastic & positive work environment, customer satisfaction, profit and growth.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping a plus. Ability to establish priorities, analyze and provide solutions to problems to complete task in a timely manner is required. Must be detail orientated, able to multitask and comfortable with working in a fast paste office environment. Should have good communication skills, ability to focus exclusively on the job during work hours, integrity, perseverance, good work ethic and a strong desire to achieve maximum proficiency, Must have a valid drivers license, good transportation to work, work 8-5 Monday - Friday, occasionally after hours, be in good health and able to lift 25 lbs.
