Champion and support Cybersecurity providing leadership, planning, coordination, development, prioritization and execution on both short-term and long-term optimization, organizational alignment to strategy, and operational needs pertaining to effective execution. The Operational Optimization Program will focus on building and executing achievable goals to implement new processes or improve existing processes driving increased effectiveness across Cybersecurity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Work closely with Cybersecurity top management, stakeholders, and external partners to align the organization vision, mission and goals with its actions and outcomes to ensure execution.

Design and implement optimization with roadmaps supporting the overall CCS strategy.

Contribute to high-performing team, foster collaboration, and partner in a culture of accountability and excellence.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside of Cybersecurity to increase trust and communication leading to optimal productivity of the program.

Provide consultation and partnership with process solutioning including monitoring the implementation of solutions tracking maturity realized through optimization.

Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and cost savings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Responsible for connectivity between stakeholders in the transition from ideation to solutioning to execution of organizational optimization.

Leads complex and visible projects with moderate to high risk and complexity.

Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network operating systems, identity management, database activity monitoring, encryption, content filtering, and Mainframe security

Previous experience in leading complex IT projects

Ability to organize and coordinate both direct team and other stakeholders to execute tasks against a common goal.

Demonstrate a high proficiency in designing, building, implementing, and optimizing business processes.

High attention to detail and ability to think at an enterprise level while understanding systemic implications for decisions, etc.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, logical, thinker.

Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
