(Associate - Midlevel)

Our ti mber industry software client out of the Triad, NC area is seeking a new associate- or mid- level member of their software engineering team! We are looking for a software developer with 1-3+ years of professional full stack software development experience, developing medium to large scale multi-tier applications. The software suite provides supply chain management and inventory management for the wood products industry. Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a problem solver, intellectually curious, and must have a solid understanding of computer science principles . You will work in a modern software development stack in ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript/Vue, with mobile development in Kotlin; everything is hosted in Azure.

This is a direct-hire , primarily

onsite position at the Winston-Salem , NC company HQ. Target salary is $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. Local candidates only; no relocation assistance, sponsorship, or subcontracting arrangements are available, and fully remote candidates will not be considered.

qualifications

:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 1-3+ years' professional software development experience (internships count!)
  • Restful API Design in ASP.NET CORE (or any similar framework)
  • Relational database design (either MS SQL, Postgres, or Oracle)
  • Full software development lifecycle
  • Server side technologies with a sync request handling
  • ASP.NET Core C#, node.js
  • Experience with front-end stacks and concept of single page app
  • Vue.js, Angular, Bootstrap
  • Cloud infrastructure technologies like Azure, AWS, Heroku, or preferably Azure
  • Test automation
  • Source control systems like git, Bitbucket, or GitHub
