Investor Reporting and custodial account reconciliations are reviewed for accuracy and timeliness. A review of bank statements compared to remittances is performed along with any aged items. Materials provided for review by Servicers includes exception reports, policies and procedures, and quality assurance/quality control program documentation. Oversee small team of auditors performing this function to provide quality control, assist in key audit functions, provide support to the leadership team in the overall management of the resources and correspond with the client to discuss performance, production, and quality.Essential Job Functions:

Review Investor Reporting packages, servicing documents, bank and custodial accounts, QC documentation, and policies and procedures. Provide internal QC of reviews.

Capture required information from provided materials (which may include bookmarking the relevant pages where such information can be located) in a designated place which will usually be a SitusAMC or client designated system

Review system questions to test system information against documentation provided and capture any exceptions that may come from the review. Apply exceptions and handle validations where necessary to ensure a complete and accurate review

Elevate questions to management when such items arise

Identify problems with files and/or job notes to management overseeing your review

Accurate tracking of the time spent on reviews

At least three - five years of related servicing experience preferred

Ability to meet production quality and service standards

Adherence to all company policies and procedures

Perform team-lead/QC duties with the client around performance, production, and quality goals and metrics

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

College degree / training in Finance / mortgage banking desired or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.

Self-motivation and reliability

Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products

Strong communication (written and oral) skills

Analytical ability and good judgment

Detail oriented and organized

Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork, punctual and dependable

Communicate directly with Servicers for the review

Remote Position

Special Requirements:

The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

Working Conditions:

Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use

Alternating between sitting or standing as needed

Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
