HireQuest Direct in Fargo, ND is hiring for a Maintenance Worker for a local client! Do you like working with your hands? Are you looking to master your craft in maintenance? Are you looking for a reliable company to grow professionally with? Job pays $16 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Install appliances and equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience as assistant director or the other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Preferences:
Time Management Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work
Creative Ability to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
Decision Making Ability to make decisions while following company procedures
Goal-Oriented Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result
