We are seeking a skilled Lead Framing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand tools. The Carpenter will work on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
This job requires a minimum of 8-10 years experience residential remodeling framing, with at least two of those years being a lead on a residential framing crew.
We are a well established and highly regarded carpentry contractor servicing builders and remodeling contractors across the Metro for over 50 years.
Framing and finishing new construction is 20% of our business. The rest is high-end remodeling.
We do everything from new kitchens to new windows, to a complete remodel of office buildings or restaurants to a complete overhaul of a home, like tearing off the roof, adding a second story and replacing the roof.
We do about 700 high-end remodel jobs a year.

We usually work four ten-hour days to get three day weekends. However, during the winter months we go back to five, eight-hour days due to lack of sunlight.
