Touchstone Commercial Building Services is actively seeking a qualified electrician to lead our Electrical Department. Touchstone is a successful commercial building service provider located in Longmont, CO. Due to a current Colorado law that takes effect in January, 2025, there is going to be a huge demand for lighting retrofit projects in the state. Starting January 1, 2025, the law will prohibit the sale of fluorescent lightbulbs in the state; which is driving the need for lighting retrofits. We're forecasting a large increase in these projects and we want to find someone who has the work ethic and performance to share in the profitability of this opportunity. Touchstone also has a sister company that is a commercial property management company that manages 1.5+m square feet of commercial real estate along the northern Front Range of Colorado. Through the management company and their customers, there will be a lot of leads and opportunities for commercial electrical work.

We need a Master Electrician so we can pull permits when appropriate. Also, if you have a current team member or acquaintance that would like to move to Colorado and be a part of your team, we're open to discussing that as well.
