Duties include compiling and monitoring reports, maintaining policies and procedures, and being a Jack Henry SilverLake designate.Measures of Success

Mastering the Retail Support and Relationship Banker Processes and Procedures

Supporting Retail Staff by email, phone, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service on the phone and in person, to internal and external customers.

Perform specific Retail Support functions as assigned. Assist with special projects as needed.

Process maintenance on the system.

Assist with verification of maintenance completed by other staff.

Verify wire transfers prior to sending to the Operations Department.

Add Reg. CC holds.

Process stop hold requests as needed.

Assist other departments of the bank with questions, in adherence to the Relationship Banker Manual.

Know and follow current bank policies and procedures related to the Retail Department.

Provide backup for the Retail Support Supervisor.

Promote the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications

Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years banking experience or previous administrative experience or a combination of education and work experience.

Skills/certifications: Superior Customer Service is a must.
