Reporting to the Concierge and Reception Manager, the Receptionist's main duties will be to:- Greet guests on arrival, escorting them to their rooms and providing basic information about the hotel and their stay.- Take reservations over the phone, and process those from the online reservation system appropriately.- Check guests out and process payment. Ensure that their stay lives up to their expectations.- Answer customers' questions by phone and e-mail.- Ensure 5-star service and in line with Relais & Chteaux standards at all times.
