AECOM seeks a Geospatial Systems Engineer to manage and develop ESRI Enterprise infrastructure, ArcGIS Online environments, and custom geospatial applications. This remote position supports Environment, Transportation, and Water business lines, working with project teams to deliver mobile/web GIS solutions for infrastructure management, environmental permitting, and asset management.  The Geospatial Systems Engineer will report to the Digital Technologies Manager in the Technology Services Group and support both internal and external clients.  A successful candidate will work both independently and in close coordination with various AECOM staff and project teams to develop, deploy, and support Enterprise Geospatial, AGOL, and mobile/web solutions critical to successful project delivery.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Administration and maintenance of ESRI Enterprise servers and applications (11,X+). Custom application development within ESRI Enterprise platforms such as Experience Builder.Gather and review technical requirements to meet data collection, development standards, and implement quality assurance procedures.Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering growth towards career technical development.Design, deploy and manage geospatial applications AGOL/Portal ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, Workforce, Dashboards, StoryMaps, AppStudio, and Power Automate Reporting.Prepare and deploy applications using ArcGIS Server 11.x, Portal for GIS, and ArcGIS Online (AGOL).As part of a team develop and maintain mobile and web applications that utilize JavaScript, JavaScript API 4.X, HTML5, JSON/GeoJSON, Google Maps API or similar platforms.Utilize Python, Model Builder, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and other commonly used scripting tools to automate workflows and streamline routine processes and tasks.Experience with ESRI dashboards, PowerBI integrations, and other Dashboarding tools.Work with teams to manage and deploy SDE geospatial databases on SQL Server.Maintain quality assurance of spatial and non-spatial data and processes as per defined standards.Maintain expertise in existing and emerging GIS mobile/web-related software and technologies.Market GIS and mobile services to internal and external clients.Apply attention to detail with proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
