Job Summary: Seeking an experienced concrete laborer / finisher to join our local construction team. The ideal candidate will have adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in concrete pouring, finishing, and surface preparation. Most jobs are local to the greater Kent, Ohio area.
Qualifications:
- Adequate experience as a concrete laborer / finisher.
- Proven ability to perform a wide range of concrete finishing techniques (smoothing, texturing and polishing)
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND DEPENDABLE VEHICLE
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Ability to stand, kneel and crouch for extended periods
- Comfort working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Manual dexterity and coordination to handle tools and equipment efficiently
Hours & Compensation:
- 40+ hours in the busy season (March - November) - competitive wages based on experience
