Wanting to hire Ultra Professional attorney to take a case against another attorney who scammed a 90 year old victim out of all his funds, cars, & home and deeded it over to his own brother In-Law before the mans death. There is a statute in the ohio law that prevents attorneys from deeding things over from the clients to themselves or their relatives. I need an attorney that knows the law and is not afraid of hurting another attorney feelings or getting them in trouble. This is a real set of circumstances that happened in Portage county.
