Currently Hiring Utility Workers for 1st and 3rd Shift!Job DescriptionThis position involves the movement of materials within the plant, documentation of products, use of pallet jacks and lifts, and monitoring production through computer-based systems. Responsibilities also include rail car loading and unloading, quality checks, and cross-training throughout the facility.Responsibilities
Movement of materials in the plant including flake, pellet, or bales
Documentation of incoming and outgoing product on the floor
Use of pallet jacks and lifts to move product around
Use of computer-based systems to monitor, document, and track production
Rail car loading and unloading as needed
Conducting quality checks on lines, including obtaining numbers, temperature readings, and monitoring
Utilizing mechanical abilities including hand and power tools as required
Essential Skills
Previous forklift usage required (training provided on-site once direct)
Material handling experience preferred in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Understanding of product flow and shipping/receiving of finished goods
3+ years job tenure at one company
Proficiency in computer usage including Excel, Word, and emails
Work EnvironmentThis facility operates 24 hours a day, with shifts running from 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am.
