- Candidate must be a strong RPA Architect with experience in Robotic Process Automation technology with full project development, implementation, and deployment using UiPath and is well versed in architecting RPA solutions in a cloud environment, implementing CI/CD pipeline for automation, and automated testing.
- Must have implemented end to end execution of various processes using Attended, Non-attended, Development, and non-production bots and have designed applications with Excellent Exception Handling mechanisms and used circular paths in a structured way.
- Must have worked on Agile -Scrum, fast paced work environment.
- Must have some background on implementing and using ML models.
- Overall, this role is responsible for designing/reviewing machine learning systems, which involves assessing and organizing data, executing tests and experiments, and generally monitoring and optimizing machine learning processes to help develop strong performing machine learning systems.
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
- Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in-scope processes planned under development sprints. Develop Detail Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document), Develop detailed SDD (Solution Design Document), Deliver demos, technical trainings.
- Lead the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production. Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Certifications with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere).
- Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions
- Strong experience in automating Front-office and Back-office process areas involving Web, Mainframe, Citrix and Windows-based applications.
- Well versed on UiPath Orchestrator, session management, Queues, Schedules, Jobs, Logs and debugging of process solution.
- Strong knowledge on usage of various OCR engines like (Google, Microsoft and Abbyy), document classifiers, ML extractors, AI/ML models, NLP.
- Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning. Proficiency with a deep learning framework.
- Experience in structured and pattern-based data extraction using web data extraction and export the data to Excel or Database.
- Programming background in .Net, Java.
- Broad knowledge in the entire spectrum of UiPath products - Insight, Automation Hub, Task Manager AI-Fabric, Document understanding, Task MIning, Process mining etc.
