Carpenter & Remodeler

We are in need of 1 person to fill a Carpenter & Remodeler Subcontractor’s Position. Must have at least 10 or more years of experience. You would need to be familiar with general remodeling such as framing, finished carpentry, drywall hanging, tiling, painting, etc. Must have own transportation and hand tools. Must be clean-cut, respectful of customer’s property, and would not use any bad language. We do high-end residential remodeling projects of bathrooms, kitchens, finish basements, and we build additions. You would be required to show up on time everyday to work an 8 hour day for 5 days a week Mon - Friday for 40 hours total (no weekends). You would be paid once a week with a company check every Friday at the end of the work day. You would be required to fill out the necessary paperwork so we can 1099 you, as a subcontractor to us, at the end of the year for you to pay your own taxes to the IRS.
