What you’llbe doing:

We are looking for a skilled and dependablemaintenanceworkerto join our team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previousexperience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.

MaintenanceWorker Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform minor repairs,including lights bulb changes

Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order,and repairas necessary.

Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.

Install and replace floors, stairs,and piping as needed.

Repair and paintvarious parts of abuilding, including but not limited to:doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs.

Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.

Help with conference room and event set up.

Handlebasic repairs and maintenance.

Diagnosemechanical issues and correctingthem.

Maintenance Worker Requirements:

Proven facilities maintenance experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred

Related degree from a technical collegepreferred

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.

Must have the ability to perform weekend duty responsibilities and respond to the building under certain circumstances.

Overtime will be requiredfor certain situations.

Shift changes may be necessary to meet the needs of the client.

Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogsas necessary.

Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.

Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.

Experience performing routine maintenance.

Strong organizational and follow-upskills.

Eye for detail.

Professional presentation and attitude.

Ability to maintainfocus while working individually.

Strong time management skills.
