We are seeking an experienced Residential Renovation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of home renovation, including plumbing, drywall installation, electrical work, framing, flooring, and vinyl siding. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Perform plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and systems.
- Install and finish drywall, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper alignment.
- Conduct electrical work, including wiring, outlet installation, and fixture replacements while adhering to safety codes.
- Frame walls, install doors and windows, and build structural elements as needed.
- Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, and laminate, ensuring proper techniques and finishes.
- Apply vinyl siding to residential properties, ensuring proper installation and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential renovation with a focus on plumbing, drywall, electrical, framing, flooring, and vinyl siding.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
