11PM–7AM STATIONARY SECURITY OFFICER – HALLWAY PRESENCE
The Stationary Security Officer will be assigned to interior hallway patrols, maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. This officer is responsible for continuously walking the halls, monitoring activity, and serving as a clear deterrent to unwanted behavior. They must be highly detail-oriented and diligent, consistently checking doors, stairwells, and common areas, and documenting anything out of the ordinary.
The officer is expected to:
Remain inside the building and on the floors at all times, limiting time at the desk or outside.
Maintain high visibility while walking—no hiding in offices, vehicles, or secluded areas.
Conduct regular, timed rounds of all assigned hallways, stairwells, and entry points.
Observe and report suspicious activity immediately, following company and site protocols.
Keep professional appearance and demeanor, interacting respectfully with residents and staff.
This position is best suited for someone who is focused, disciplined, and able to stay alert and engaged throughout the overnight hours, ensuring that residents and staff feel the constant, visible presence of security.
