John Nolan Auto Service is looking for a full time service advisor/desk manager. Experience is preferred but we will train an enthusiastic candidate. Duties include:
- Welcoming incoming customers and assessing their needs
- Explain repairs and expected costs
- Recommending other needed services
- Enter customer information
- Schedule customer appointments
- Help build long term customer relationships
- Answer phone and make outbound calls to customers
Pay based upon experience but will consist of an hourly wage and a bonus.
