Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads
Conduct door-to-door sales and effectively communicate the benefits of Elite Roofing's services
Assess roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers
Climbing ladders and walking on various roof pitches to perform inspections and provide accurate estimates
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Participate in weekly meetings, quarterly team events, and sales competitions.
Extrodinary customer service and relationship building skills
Ability to climb a ladder and feel comfortable walking on various steepnesses.
Excellent time management skills to assist customers from start to finish on projects.
Carry yourself in a professional manor. Well groomed, dressed, and on time to meetings and appointments.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Ability to climb ladders and walk on various roof pitches.
Self-driven and motivated to excel.
Prior experience in roofing sales is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Great salesmanship abilities.
Strong conversation starter.
Requirements:
Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
Must pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of the office.
Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.
Must be willing to knock doors and generate leads
