Requirements for Subcontractor Crews:
+ Prior residential window and door installation experience.
+ Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
+ Must have an LLC/EIN and carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
+ Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
+ Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.
+ Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
+ Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
