Cleveland Tire & Wheel has been serving Cleveland area customers for over 20 years and we are looking for help in the following position.
We are looking for part time help at our front counter. Duties would include the following: answering phones, greeting customers that arrive for service, handwriting work orders (neat handwriting is important) and communicating with the technicians and customers on the vehicles being serviced.
Prior experience working with customers is a plus but not required. Must have a neat appearance and clear communicator. Must have reliable transportation.
Ideally looking for someone to start ASAP.
Hours are M,T,Th and Fri 11am to 5pm and Sat 9am to 1pm.
Because of the importance of this position, above average attendance is necessary. If you are an individual with regular family, health or transportation issues you need not apply.
