Develop, implement and manage recognition programs and initiatives to drive retention and cultivate a positive workplace culture

Oversee recognition strategy and programs; define, implement, and manage initiatives that promote meaningful recognition experiences across the firm

Lead execution of recognition offerings and enhancements, timelines, engage internal and external resources, coordinate workflow and approvals

Design, collect, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks; regularly review metrics and proactively seek new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility

Manage relationship with O.C. Tanner to build, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive recognition offering

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of recent, progressive business experience with minimum five years of recent focus on recognition

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in business administration or relevant field of study

Experience building a culture of recognition with a background in managing programs aimed at rewarding behaviors and supporting a high-performance culture

Solid experience partnering and working directly with senior leaders, building collaborative relationships both within the organization and with internal clients

Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) and executive presence that spans diverse stakeholders and team members across firm, levels of leadership, and roles

Deep understanding of firm's business strategies and priorities
