We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Rep to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.Salary: $17.50 - $22.50 per hourKey Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Meet or exceed personal and team performance metrics.
