The Client Account Representative serves as a key point of contact between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. This role focuses on building strong professional relationships, supporting client needs, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to long-term client satisfaction and business growth.The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences while helping clients achieve their goals.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account support.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.Monitor client accounts and provide proactive solutions when needed.Assist with account management activities, reporting, and documentation.Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and retention.Maintain accurate client records and account information.Support onboarding processes and ensure a seamless client experience.Contribute to team objectives and organizational growth initiatives.
