Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the Automotive industry, based in Cleveland, Tennessee. This role is focused on enhancing customer experience by efficiently processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. This is a short term contract role that provides an excellent opportunity to utilize skills in data entry, customer service, and Microsoft Office suite in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Evaluate the quality of service, product availability, and overall customer experience at various locations Conduct assessments based on specific criteria, including customer service, cleanliness, product presentation, and adherence to company policies Maintain confidentiality about the role and the evaluation process Interact with staff members to gauge the quality of customer service Make purchases as required and take note of the transaction process Take meticulous notes and gather evidence, such as receipts and photographs, to support your observations Complete and submit detailed reports on your shopping experiences within specified deadlines Utilize strong attention to detail and observational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain accurate customer credit records using Microsoft Excel and Word Resolve customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use your skills in answering inbound calls and order entry to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in data entry and order entry Strong ability to answer inbound calls and address customer queries effectively Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the job.
