We provide a responsible and safe experience to foster ambitious leaders of tomorrow.The Facility Coordinator is a part-time role assisting in all aspects of the Foundry facility. This role assists the Facility Director with general management, and direction for facilities-related functions for all locations, including operations and maintenance and construction.The Foundry facility is located in the Flats area of Cleveland and provides a private free parking lot.Skills Required:
Managing matters related to the Foundry’s physical plant and off-campus buildings such as facility assessments, planning, and maintenance.
Assist as needed in the strategic and tactical planning processes to allocate the resources necessary to meet the Foundry's current and future facilities plans
Assist in all work related to physical plant and housekeeping on matters pertaining to facility planning, energy management, safety requirements, space utilization, equipment, and facilities
Managing grounds maintenance, parking lots and walkway maintenance, and the Foundry beautification
Monitoring the campus contractors to ensure appropriate direction and outcomes.
Should have an understanding of the following:
Forklift certified
Fueling boats
General Facility maintenance (minor repairs)
Cutting grass and general landscaping
Setting up for Events (tables, chairs, trash, etc.)
Hauling boat trailers
Safety conscious
General sanitation
General physical labor (able to lift 50 lbs.)
General computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education Required:
Understanding of basic construction and maintenance items related to a large facility.
Experience in facilities operations and maintenance
Flexible schedule with part time hours.
Must have a good driving record
