Job description:
Looking to play a crucial part this winter? H&M is looking for Snow Removal Employees this winter season. Work close to your house in the Northeast Ohio area, including Lake, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, and Geauga Counties.
Responsibilities -What you’ll do:
Operating snowplows and tractors equipped with plows.
Clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other areas.
Spreading salt and sand for ice control.
Maintaining equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.
Who we’re looking for:
Willing to be on-call 24/7 when snow falls.
Knowledgeable of basic snow removal practices.
Familiarity with snow removal equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various types of equipment effectively.
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation is a plus.
Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is beneficial.
Ability to work long hours in harsh winter conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Walkway team $25-$30/hr
Machine operator Bob Cat & Loader $25- $40/hr
Plow Truck/Salt truck $25 - $35 /hr
Subcontractors (must have own equipment):
Plow truck with equipment $55+ /hr
Bobcat Operator with equipment $65+ /hr
Large Loader $90+ /hr
Walkway with UTV $30+ /hr
