Job Posting: Skilled Carpenter
Yosemite Construction and Management is a growing and reputable construction firm known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Carpenters (Framing, Finishing, Trim, and General) to join our dynamic team for a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects.
We offer flexible employment arrangements to suit your professional goals. Join us as an Hourly Employee or operate as a 1099 Subcontractor on a project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials with precision.
Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
Install finishing elements such as trim, molding, cabinets, stairs, and hardware.
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to meet client needs.
Repair and renovate existing structures and fixtures.
Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, with the ability to perform both rough and finish carpentry tasks.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to various job sites daily within the Cleveland region.
Must have your own basic set of reliable hand tools. (The company will provide major equipment).
Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing ladders).
A strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
