PAID PER THE REPAIR/JOB NOT HOURLY 1099 CONTRACT POSITION
Position: Experienced Tech/ Handyman/ Maintenance Tech
Location: Cleveland, OH
Qualifications:
- Must have your own truck and tools.
- Willingness to travel within a 30–50-mile radius of Cleveland, OH.
- General handyman experience is necessary.
- Maintenance on occupied and unoccupied residential homes.
- Ability to price and quote jobs for assessments.
- Ability to upload before and after pictures on our company app.
- Ability to provide bids and estimates.
- Specialty tradesmen are also encouraged to apply.
- Lead technician and crew management experience is a plus.
- Maintenance experience is a plus in apartments we encourage to apply.
- Property management experience is a plus.

Requirements:
- Completion of onboarding paperwork, including a light background check.
- Experience working in residential homes, both vacant and occupied.
- Experience working with maintaining properties and services.
- A good smartphone with a working camera for pictures.
- Excellent communication skills to provide estimates and quotes.
- Licenses and certificates (not required but a plus if available)
