Contract Attorney to Employed Attorney

We are a boutique law firm with a modest amount of attorney and paralegals. We handle atypical transactions for a small law firm. We handle medium to large, sophisticated transactions, medium to large commercial financings, many securities offerings of many types and sizes and issues of registration and compliance of registered entities including broker dealers and investment advisers, as well as defend examinations, investigations and if necessary, will litigate with regulators such as the SEC, FINRA or the States. We are deepley involved in the defense of class action antitrust cases in various jurisdictions. We handle other types of litigation. We handle other complex matters. We handle real estate matters. We are looking for a attorney either with an interest in these great areas of practice who has adequate education from law school to jump into these, or we are looking for an attorney with some experience to get involved. We would consider attorneys of any level of experience to individuals with 1 to 5 years or attorneys of 20+ years. We pay well and would discuss that after we review your credentials and meet. This would start by hiring you as a contract attorney with our plan in bringing you into an employment status within we would expect 1 year as we understand your skills and abilities.
