Office assistant/bookkeeper part-time 15-20 hours to begin with leading to 30 hrs weekly. Hours are flexible, off on holidays and during the winter months. We are seeking a detailed- oriented individual to join our staff.
This position will be responsible for bookkeeping and assist with various administrative task.
The ideal candidate will have strong background with QuickBooks and previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
General office duties include, copying & scanning documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail. Provide general administrative support such as answering phones calls, responding to emails, assist with sales of products we sell on site and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge of basic accounting
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
Stong computer literacy, including proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft, Outlook
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to details
Strong Communication skills
Customer Support skills
Ability to multitask
